We have identified an issue with MCC+ subscriptions which is causing users who have MCC+ from the subscription package to lose access to MCC+ for an average 12 hours until it renews (usually around 6am UTC the morning after you originally purchased the package). This is caused by the renewal taking place after the time at which the package was initially purchased

Progress towards the + icon evolution will not be affected, as that is calculated based on the number of total days you have been subscribed for. The "subscribed since" streak in the rank menu will also not be affected, as it has a grace period built-in to accommodate short gaps.

We are currently working with Tebex, our webstore provider, to find solution for this and will keep you updated here as soon as it is fixed.
